Western Seminary uses a variety of audio courses developed by the Institute for Theological Studies, and organization which provides graduate -level instructional resources for many of the premier seminaries across the country.

WSCLL currently uses ITS courses primarily as program electives, or to support programs in the areas of church history, New Testament languages, and intercultural studies.

Most ITS courses are provided for the student on audio cassette, along with a comprehensive workbook. Course textbooks are not included with the course. Increasingly, ITS courses are available on computer CD ROM disks or standard audio CDs that may be played from any standard CD player. If the courses is available in differing formats, you will have the option of choosing the one that best suits your needs.
