Who Must Apply for Admission

• Anyone interested in a graduate studies certificate, diploma or degree program (Masters or Doctoral Level)
• Anyone taking, or who would anticipate taking, more than 12 credit hours
  ( Typically 3 - 6 courses). No one will be permitted to take more than 12 hours
  without admission to the seminary.

Note: STOP HERE if...

• If you are applying for a Doctoral program, please complete the Doctoral application available from the Admissions Office.

• If you are an international student, you are required to submit the Pre-Application before completing this application. The Pre-Application is available on the website or from the Admissions Office. Please contact the International Student Office at (503) 517-1809 for information on the pre-application or if English is your second language.

Masters Degree Admission requires*:
1	Application for Admission
2	Application fee of $50
3	Admission essay (answering six questions)
4	Transcripts from all post-high school educational institutions attended including Bachelor’s degree-posted transcripts and any Master’s level work
5	Four references (forms provided).
	Note: Counseling applicants complete several personality inventories (fee required) and an interview. Please consult with the Counseling Office at (503) 517-1856 for additional information.

Non-Degree Admission requires*:
1	Application for Admission
2	Application fee of $50
3	Admission essay (answering six questions)
4	No transcripts or references are required for non-degree admission.
5	Four references (forms provided).
	Note: Non-Degree admission is limited to a maximum of 12 hours of enrollment.
