All WSCLL students can now download and install courses directly from the Internet with the Integr@te Course Delivery and Learning System (ICDLS). In this next phase of system testing, all multimedia courses will be available immediately upon email notification that you have been entered into your course's Moodle-based Online Learning Center. All students will continue to receive the course DVD ROM disk to ensure that no one is hindered in their studies as we roll-out the Integr@te system option.
If you are new to Integr@te, the system will allow you to:
- Bookmark your place in videos to allow for easy restart at the point you left off.
- Track your pogressprogress meter complete course media.
- Search the Bible and other online resources for finding scripture references.
- Conduct onlineresearch through cateborized inks to more than 100 helpful websites.
- Access news feeds from Western Seminary and your choice of other sources.
- Import your course schedule into Integr@te and add your own dates and tasks.
- Chat with other online students in our Internet Cafe .
- Install recent WSCLL DVD ROM disks into Integr@te with just a click of the mouse.
- Backup your downloaded course materials to DVD for a permanent archive.
- Update your courses automatically as changes are made to content or structure.
Your WSCLL confirmation email will include complete instructions for Integr@te download and installation. You may then install from the web any course(s) for which you are enrolled in this semester. To make the process as simple as possible, Integr@te provides extensive Help resources and disk management tools to assist you. You always have the option, too, to CLICK HERE for more Help information.
We trust that you will find Integr@te both very helpful and trouble free. Still, in this beta stage of deployment, problems may arise. If so, you will have your course disk to avoid any disruption to program progress. Please let us know immediately of problems, concerns, questions or suggestions to help us make Integr@te the best study tool possible.
Note: Integr@te require a high-speed broadband Internet connection for optimal course download speeds and a minimum of 5 GB free disk space per course (not typically a concern for newer systems.)
